When seeking to build out new ideas or make decisions BBC creates spaces to manage relationships and social dynamics within your team, board, and community. By utilizing individual assessment tools and activities, BBC helps you develop options and offers training in an enhanced form of communication that emphasizes trust, respect, and shared responsibility. BBC provides partnering and engagement training with Native American Communities. BBC promotes and improves cultural learning, cultural humility, cultural responsiveness, by providing government to government training within local governments and with non-Tribal organizations to assure understanding of tribal issues that impact the effectiveness and inclusiveness.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that Consultation/Workshops/Facilitation times are limited. If you must cancel your Consultation/Workshops/Facilitation, BBC respectfully request a 48 hour notice. Missed Consultation/Workshops/Facilitation, or Consultation/Workshops/Facilitation cancelled without a 48 hour notice, will incur a fee of $200.
